What we are looking for:

Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
Business intelligence
Excellent problem solving skills
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds several times during a whole shift (a real work-out, almost no need to go to the gym!)

A day at Pro-Design looks like:

Read and interpret plans, drawings and specifications to assist in the implementation of the project.
Execute landscaping, solid pavement, natural stone work, watering system installation, lawn installation, landscaping lighting installation.
Plant trees and plants.
Use hand tools, power tools and other equipment necessary to perform tasks
Move and transport materials using shovels, wheelbarrows, dollies, dollies and manual lifting
Perform daily tool and equipment safety inspections
Follow the instructions of the foreman
Work in accordance with all local health and safety laws and regulations

What we expect from you:

Diploma of Study in Landscaping (DEP) OR other relevant training
Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings and specifications
Knowledge and identification of plants, and experience in plant care
Proficient in the use of tools (quick cut saws (cut quick), chain saws, mechanical wheelbarrows, machinery (skidsteer, excavator, etc.)
Basic measurement and numeracy skills
Ability to work both independently with little supervision and in a team environment
Must have a valid driver’s license

Salary ranging from $18/h to $28/h depending on experience and performance in construction
Work outside, close to the lakes (ideal for a swim at lunch!)
Flexible hours of work, including weekends off (you’ll be able to take the opportunity to go by boat)
